At General Plumbing Supply, we strive to ensure you have the right parts for your project; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your plumbing fixtures or supplies are in their original packaging, unused, and include all internal components and instruction manuals.
Request an RMA
Log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our support team to receive your unique return code.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly label the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
